Regulatory disclosure

Version 1.0 · Effective 3 November 2026 ·

Finoserv provides technology and services. Regulated activities are carried out by licensed partners in each jurisdiction. This Finoserv regulatory disclosure explains what that means for you, and how to check a partner's license yourself.

What Finoserv does and does not do

Finoserv designs, builds, integrates and runs fintech solutions to order for clients, under their own brand. We are a technology and services company.

Finoserv does not hold a banking, e-money, money transmission, virtual asset or securities license in any country. We do not take deposits, issue electronic money, transmit money, provide virtual asset services, or deal in or advise on securities. When a solution we build involves any of these activities, the licensed partner, or our client where it holds the license, carries them out and is responsible for them.

No offer or advice

Nothing on this website is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or use any financial product, security or virtual asset. Nothing on this website is legal, regulatory, tax, investment or financial advice. See our terms of use.

Availability depends on country and partner

Whether a product or feature can be offered depends on the law of each country, the licensed partner involved, and that partner's approvals and policies. Some products are not available in some countries. Descriptions on this website are general and do not mean that a product is available where you are.

How to check a partner's license

You can verify a firm's license or registration directly with the regulator. Search the public register for the firm's legal name or registration number.

Country or region Register What it shows
United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority, Financial Services Register (register.fca.org.uk) Authorized firms, payment and e-money institutions, and registered cryptoasset businesses
United States (federal) FinCEN, Money Services Business (MSB) Registration Search (fincen.gov) Businesses registered with FinCEN as MSBs. Registration is not a license
United States (states) NMLS Consumer Access (nmlsconsumeraccess.org) State licenses held by money transmitters, lenders and other licensees
India Reserve Bank of India (rbi.org.in), lists of regulated entities Lists of authorized payment system operators, payment aggregators, NBFCs and banks
UAE (Dubai) Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), public register (vara.ae) Firms licensed for virtual asset activities in Dubai, outside the DIFC
Canada FINTRAC, MSB registry search (fintrac-canafe.canada.ca) Money services businesses registered with FINTRAC

Other regulators keep their own registers, for example the Central Bank of the UAE, the Dubai Financial Services Authority in the DIFC, and the Financial Services Regulatory Authority in ADGM. If you cannot find a firm, or the details differ from what you were told, contact the regulator before you proceed.
