Stablecoin development covers the token itself and everything around it: the contracts, the mint and redeem process, the wallets and the payment flows that make the coin useful. Finoserv designs, builds, integrates and runs this technology. Issuing a stablecoin, holding reserves and providing custody are regulated activities in most countries, carried out by a licensed issuer, bank or custodian. Finoserv does not issue tokens or hold customer assets.
What it takes to launch a stablecoin
Structure comes before technology. The issuer needs a licence in its home market and reserves held with regulated institutions, and those choices shape the contract design. Our licensing advisory works with partner law firms on the licence question. On the technology side, we write and test the token contracts, prepare them for independent audit, and build issuer consoles for minting, burning, allowlists and freezes, each with role-based approvals and a full event log.
Chains, wallets and custody
We deploy on the networks your issuer and partners support, which may include public chains and payment-focused networks. Custodial wallets connect to a qualified custodian through digital asset custody integration. Self-custody users connect through wallets they already use. For business users, we build multi-signature treasury wallets with approval policies set by the client.
Crypto on-ramp and off-ramp
A stablecoin needs routes in and out of fiat. We integrate licensed exchanges, payment firms and banking partners so customers can buy, redeem and cash out, with KYC and travel rule data passed in the format each partner requires.
Stablecoin payment solutions
Payments are where most stablecoins earn their place. We build merchant acceptance, cross-border payouts, business settlement and treasury flows that move value in stablecoins and settle to fiat where the recipient needs it. Each flow includes on-chain monitoring hooks that feed your partner's compliance team. Companies paying in stablecoins can also read about banking for crypto companies, and money transfer businesses about our remittance software.
RWA tokenisation
The same contract and wallet stack supports a tokenisation platform for real-world assets such as fund units, bonds or invoices. Transfer restrictions, investor eligibility checks and corporate actions are written into the contracts, following the rules the licensed issuer or fund manager sets.
Starting work
Discover takes two to four weeks and covers chain choice, partner types, contract design and audit planning. It ends in a fixed quote. Build then runs in two-week cycles, with contracts frozen for audit before any mainnet deployment.
