What we build for you

Built to order, under your brand.

Digital accounts

Onboarding, eKYC hooks, balances and statements on your licensed partner's ledger.

Card issuing platform

Virtual and physical debit or prepaid cards through an issuing partner, with controls in your app.

Payment gateway

Hosted checkout, payment links and merchant dashboards, white label where you need it.

Bill payments

Utility, telecom and subscription payments with receipts and reminders.

Core banking integration

APIs and middleware that connect your app to a partner bank's core or a modern ledger.

Back office

Support tools, reconciliation views and reporting for your operations and compliance teams.

Neobank development at Finoserv covers the app your customers use and the systems behind it that connect to a bank or electronic money institution (EMI). We design, build, integrate and run the technology, and you own it. Accounts, cards and payments sit on the licence of your licensed partner, which carries out the regulated activity and makes the compliance decisions.

A digital banking platform built around your partner

Most new banking products start on a partner's licence. The partner might be a bank, an EMI or a card issuer, depending on the country and what you plan to offer. We help you shortlist the partner types that fit your markets, then build to their requirements from the first sprint: onboarding flows that match their KYC policy, the transaction limits they set and the reports they ask for. Because the product is shaped around the partner's rules from the start, review before launch tends to be more straightforward.

Core banking integration and payments

Your app needs a ledger it can trust. We connect to your partner's core banking system where one exists, or set up a modern ledger that reconciles to it each day. On top of that we add the services customers expect: transfers on local rails, bill payments, a card issuing platform for debit or prepaid cards, and payment gateway development if you also serve merchants. Each integration is documented and tested against the partner's sandbox before it carries live money.

What you own at the end

You own the code, the designs, the brand and the customer data model, subject to the data terms agreed with your partner. Hosting can sit in your own cloud account from day one. If you later apply for your own licence, or change partners, the product moves with you. The integration layer is designed so a partner can be replaced without rebuilding the app.

How the engagement runs

Work starts with Discover, two to four weeks that end in a fixed quote, a partner shortlist and a release plan. Design and build follow, with a working demo every two weeks. After launch, our managed operations team can prepare KYC reviews for your partner's decision, monitor transactions and run reconciliation alongside you, or hand everything to your own team when you are ready.

If you want a faster start, our launch packages use pre-built account, card and payment modules that we adapt to your brand and partner. If you plan to add prepaid or corporate cards later, see card programme management.

What you own

You own the app, the code, the brand and the customer relationship, with the licence held by your partner bank or EMI.

Questions

What clients ask us

How long does it take to launch a neobank on a digital banking platform?

It depends on scope and on your licensed partner's onboarding. Every engagement starts with a Discover phase of two to four weeks that ends in a fixed quote and a plan. Build then runs in short cycles with a working demo every two weeks, and launch follows partner sign-off on compliance, KYC and testing. You receive a dated plan once Discover is complete.

Do I need a banking licence to build a neobank?

You need a licensed partner, which may be a bank, an EMI or another licence holder, depending on the country and the products you offer. Many founders launch on a partner's licence first and apply for their own later. Finoserv builds the product and integrates the partner; it does not hold a licence. Our licensing advisory team can help if you want your own.

Can you integrate a card issuing platform and payment gateway into one app?

Yes. We connect a card issuing partner and a payment gateway to the same customer account, so users see one balance, one transaction history and one set of controls. The issuer and acquirer remain the regulated parties. We handle the integration, the ledger mapping and the reconciliation reports your finance team needs to match the two each day.
