What we build for you

Where we usually start.

SoftPOS and POS apps

Tap to phone and terminal apps for your merchants, built for scheme and security certification.

Merchant onboarding and risk portal

Digital onboarding, underwriting workflows and ongoing monitoring of merchants under your risk policy.

QR and account-to-account payments

QR acceptance on local instant payment rails, with settlement and reconciliation.

Merchant lending and loyalty

Loans from licensed lenders based on sales data, and loyalty programmes for merchants and their customers.

Mobile money and agent networks

Wallets, agent cash-in and cash-out, and airtime or bill payments for telecom operators with licensed partners.

Payment solutions for acquirers have to work for two customers at once: the acquirer or processor that runs the network, and the merchant that uses it every day. Telecom operators face the same pattern with mobile money, serving both the business and millions of subscribers. We design and build acceptance, merchant services and mobile money products, connected to your systems and to the licensed partners behind them.

Your situation as an acquirer or processor

You run an acquiring host, a terminal estate and a merchant base. Small merchants are costly to reach with terminals, and onboarding them still takes paperwork. Card schemes certify every new acceptance product, and your risk team needs to watch merchants after they sign up. New services such as QR acceptance, merchant loans and loyalty compete for the same engineering time as keeping the network running.

We build alongside your team. SoftPOS and POS apps connect to your host and are prepared for scheme and security certification. Merchant onboarding portals follow your underwriting policy. Ongoing monitoring gives your risk team alerts and context.

SoftPOS and QR payments

SoftPOS turns a merchant's phone into a contactless terminal. QR payments use local instant payment rails for account-to-account acceptance. Both reach merchants who would never rent a terminal. We handle the apps, the onboarding, settlement and reconciliation, and the certification evidence your schemes or rail operators require.

Your situation as a telecom operator

Telecoms already have distribution, billing relationships and agent networks. A mobile money platform adds wallets, agent cash-in and cash-out, transfers and bill payments. The regulated activity sits with a licensed partner, or with the operator where it holds the licence. We build the wallet, the USSD and app channels, agent tools and integration with partner banks and national switches.

Your situation as a large merchant

Large merchants and chains want payments that fit their checkout, loyalty programmes that bring customers back and data they can use. We build loyalty programme platforms, payment integrations and merchant apps that connect to your acquirer of choice.

Merchant lending with licensed lenders

Sales data from your network can support working capital for merchants. A licensed lender makes the credit decision and books the loan. We build the data feed, offer flow, disbursement and repayment from settlements where the lender and local rules allow it.

What you keep

You offer merchants and subscribers more payment services on your own network, and you own the product, data and merchant relationships.

Questions

What clients ask us

What does SoftPOS mean for an acquirer?

SoftPOS lets a merchant accept contactless card payments on a standard phone, without a separate terminal. For an acquirer it means a cheaper way to reach small merchants. The app must pass card scheme and security certification, and it must connect to your acquiring host. We build the app, the merchant onboarding around it and the certification evidence.

Can a telecom operator launch a mobile money platform?

In many countries, yes, through a licensed partner or its own licence where the regulator grants one to operators. The licence holder carries out the regulated activity and owns compliance decisions. We build the wallet, agent network tools, USSD and app channels, and integration with the partner bank or national switch, and we help prepare what the regulator needs to see.

How does merchant lending work with your platform?

Merchant sales data from your acquiring or payment system feeds a licensed lender's credit model. The lender makes the credit decision and books the loan. Repayment can be taken as a share of daily settlements where the lender and local rules allow it. We build the data feed, offer screens, disbursement and repayment flows, and the reporting for both sides.

The old rules of money. The new rails.
