Launch a fintech product with a package sized to your stage

Three fixed-scope packages, Essentials, Pro and Program, that take a fintech product from agreed scope to a live launch with a licensed partner.

What is included

What you get.

Essentials

Suits a founder taking one product to one market, with the core user journey, one licensed partner and an admin console.

Pro

Suits a funded team that needs more rails, card issuing where the partner supports it, deeper reporting and more integrations.

Program

Suits banks, enterprises and platforms launching several products or markets under one plan, with support after go-live.

Partner onboarding

We prepare the documents, integrations and test evidence your licensed partner needs before it approves your launch.

Launch readiness

Security testing, partner certification and a go-live checklist agreed with you before real money moves.

How it runs

From first call to live.

  1. Step 1Discover

2 to 4 weeks to agree scope, partners and risks, ending in a fixed quote for the build.

  2. Step 2Design

Screens, flows and the partner integration plan, reviewed with you and your licensed partner.

  3. Step 3Build

Engineering in short cycles, with a working demo every two weeks.

  4. Step 4Launch and run

Partner certification and go-live, then managed operations if you want us to stay on.

When you launch a fintech product, much of the work sits outside the code: finding the licensed partner that will hold the accounts, and showing that partner what it needs to see before money can move. Our launch packages put a fixed scope around both. You choose a package, we confirm the details in a short Discover phase, and you receive a fixed quote and a plan before the build starts.

Fintech launch services in three packages

Essentials is for a founder with one product and one market in mind. It covers the core user journey, onboarding through your partner's KYC process, an admin console and a launch on one account type or payment rail.

Pro is for a team with funding and a clearer roadmap. It adds more rails, card issuing where your partner supports it, deeper reporting and the integrations a growing product tends to need in its first year.

Program is for banks, enterprises and platforms. It brings several products or markets under one plan, works with more than one licensed partner where needed, and hands over into our managed operations after go-live.

All three are built by the same team on the same blueprints. Moving from one package to the next adds scope to what you already have, so nothing is rebuilt.

How a launch runs with your licensed partner

Your licensed partner holds the licence and makes the compliance, KYC and AML decisions. We do the work around those decisions. We map your product to the partner's programme rules, prepare the onboarding pack, build the integration and run the certification tests the partner requires.

Many clients meet their partner through our partner network. If you already have a partner, we work with them. Where you will eventually want your own licence, our licensing advisory can run alongside the launch.

Fintech MVP development that holds up after launch

A first release should be small. It also has to pass a partner review and carry the second release. We write automated tests, keep an audit trail of changes and set up monitoring before launch, so the product you ship first becomes the base for what follows. Design and engineering detail is on the fintech app development page.

Fintech go-to-market and what you own

Around launch we help with the product side of go-to-market: app store listings, partner-approved disclosures in the app, and the first support playbook. Your marketing plan stays yours.

At the end you own the brand, the code, the data and the customer relationship. Accounts and regulated activities sit with your licensed partner. After launch we can stay on as a fractional team, run operations, or step back, as you prefer.

What you own

You own a live, branded fintech product, with its code and data, running on accounts held by your licensed partner.

Questions

What clients ask us

How long does it take to launch a fintech product?

It depends on the product, the market and how your licensed partner onboards new programmes. Discover takes 2 to 4 weeks and ends with a fixed quote that includes a build timeline. The build then runs in two-week cycles with a working demo at the end of each, so you can see progress and adjust scope well before launch day.

Do I need my own licence to start a payment company?

Often you do not need one on day one. Many products launch under a licensed partner, such as a bank, EMI or money transmitter, which holds the licence and makes the compliance decisions. Whether that route works depends on your product and country, and Discover confirms it. If you later want your own licence, our licensing advisory prepares the application with partner law firms.

What is the difference between Essentials, Pro and Program?

The packages differ in scope. Essentials covers one product in one market with the core journey and one licensed partner. Pro adds rails, cards, integrations and reporting for a team with funding and early users. Program covers several products or markets for banks, enterprises and platforms, with a handover into managed operations. Each one is confirmed in a fixed quote after Discover.

The old rules of money. The new rails.
