Banking for crypto companies can be slow to arrange. Exchanges, wallet providers, protocol foundations and other Web3 businesses need fiat accounts, custody and payouts from institutions that understand digital assets. Finoserv designs, builds, integrates and runs the technology that connects these businesses to licensed banks, EMIs and custodians whose policies allow them as clients. Accounts are opened and held by those partners, under their own onboarding and compliance policies.

Web3 business banking

We work with the partner types that serve digital asset businesses: banks and EMIs for operating accounts in major currencies, payment firms for local rails, and custodians for digital assets. Discover maps your entities, jurisdictions and money flows against the partner types that fit, and we prepare the information partners ask for during onboarding. Approval is always the partner's decision, and the integrations are built once accounts are open.

Crypto treasury management

Finance teams in Web3 companies hold balances across banks, custodians and wallets. We build one treasury view across them, with approval policies for transfers, multi-signature controls for on-chain movements, and reports that reconcile fiat and digital asset positions for accountants and auditors. Limits and signers are set by your finance team and enforced by the software.

Stablecoin payouts

Many Web3 companies pay partners, vendors and users in stablecoins. We build payout flows that send stablecoins on the networks your partners support, or convert to local currency through a licensed off-ramp. Screening and travel rule data pass to the partner's compliance team before each payout is released. For fiat payouts to many countries, the same flows can run through our remittance software.

Crypto payroll

Teams spread across countries may want salary in local currency, stablecoins or a mix of the two. We build payroll and contractor payment flows that handle both, with payslips and the records your accountants need. Employment and tax obligations in each country stay with your local entity or employer of record.

If you plan to issue your own token, see stablecoin development. If your product embeds payments for your own users, see our embedded finance platform page. If you need your own VASP or EMI licence, our licensing advisory works with partner law firms on the application.

How work begins

Discover takes two to four weeks and ends in a fixed quote, a partner type shortlist and an integration plan. Build runs in two-week cycles with a working demo each time.

What you own

You get banking, custody and payout infrastructure under your control, with accounts and assets held by licensed partners.

Questions

What clients ask us

How can a crypto company get web3 business banking?

Through banks and EMIs whose policies allow digital asset clients, introduced and integrated by a technology partner. Finoserv maps your entities and flows to suitable partner types, prepares the onboarding information they request and builds the integrations once accounts are approved. Each partner makes its own onboarding decision, and Finoserv does not hold accounts or client funds itself.

What does crypto treasury management software include?

It brings fiat accounts, custodial balances and on-chain wallets into one view, with transfer approval policies, multi-signature controls and reconciliation reports. Finance teams can see positions by entity and currency, move funds within agreed limits and export records for accountants and auditors. The assets remain with the licensed banks and custodians that hold them.

Can you set up crypto payroll and stablecoin payouts for a distributed team?

Yes. We build payroll and contractor payment flows that pay in local currency, stablecoins or a mix, through licensed payment and off-ramp partners. Each payment is screened before release and recorded for accounting. Employment and tax obligations remain with your local entity or employer of record, and the payroll flow is configured to support them.
