What we build for you

Built to order, under your brand.

DeFi integration for banks and fintechs

Institutional and permissioned DeFi access for licensed firms, with policy controls, allowlists and reporting your compliance team can review.

Onchain payments and settlement

Programmable money and stablecoin orchestration that routes, settles and reconciles payments across chains and back to the ledger.

Tokenised deposits, funds and real-world assets

Issuance, transfer and servicing tools for tokenised deposits, fund units and real-world assets, issued by the licensed institution.

Onchain lending and treasury

Collateral management, lending workflows and treasury dashboards for institutions that hold and move digital assets where permitted.

Smart contracts and audits

Contract design and development, with independent security audits carried out by specialist audit partners before anything goes live.

Smart wallets and proof of reserves

Account abstraction wallets with recovery and spending policies, and proof of reserves reporting that customers and auditors can check.

Our onchain finance solutions help banks, fintechs and digital-asset firms use public and permissioned blockchains for real financial work: settlement, tokenised deposits and assets, lending and treasury. We design, build, integrate and run the technology. Licensed partners hold the licences and carry out the regulated activity, and every product is built only where it is permitted.

Institutional DeFi and DeFi integration for banks and fintechs

Most regulated firms cannot touch open DeFi pools directly. Institutional DeFi changes the terms: participants are verified, assets are allowlisted, and every transaction passes policy checks before it is signed. We connect your systems to these venues, set up the controls your risk team asks for, and feed positions and transactions back into your ledger and reporting.

Onchain payments and settlement

Programmable money lets a payment carry its own conditions: release on delivery, split on settlement, or pay out on a schedule. We build the orchestration layer that chooses the chain and the stablecoin, settles the payment, and reconciles it with your bank accounts so finance teams see one picture.

Tokenised deposits, funds and real-world assets

Tokenised deposits stay liabilities of the issuing bank. Tokenised fund units and real-world assets stay with the licensed manager or issuer. Our role is the technology: issuance and transfer rules, investor eligibility checks, corporate actions and servicing, all designed to the issuer's licence and the rules of the country.

Smart contract development, audits and proof of reserves

Every contract goes through design review, testing and an independent audit by a specialist audit partner before it handles value. For firms that hold customer assets, we build proof of reserves reporting so customers and auditors can check holdings against liabilities.

What you own

You own the contracts, the wallets and the integration code. Licensed partners hold the licences and carry out the regulated activity.

Questions

What clients ask us

Can a bank use DeFi without taking on unregulated risk?

Yes, through permissioned or institutional DeFi. Access is limited to verified participants, every transaction passes the bank's policy checks, and reporting flows into existing risk and compliance systems. Whether a given activity is allowed depends on the country and the bank's licence, so we build only where it is permitted and through licensed partners.

What is the difference between a stablecoin and a tokenised deposit?

A stablecoin is usually issued by a licensed issuer and backed by reserves held separately. A tokenised deposit is a bank deposit recorded on a blockchain, so it stays a liability of the bank that issued it. We build the issuance, transfer and reconciliation technology for both, while the licensed institution issues the token.

Do you offer yield or returns to retail users?

No. Finoserv builds technology for licensed institutions and does not offer or promise yield to anyone. Any product that pays a return is designed, approved and offered by the licensed partner under its own rules, and only where the law permits it.

The old rules of money. The new rails.
